Upon receiving approval on an application for a home, a Conrex representative will reach out to you in order to begin the lease signing process. For any inquiries about this, see our Property Management page to find your local office and call the 'Leasing' number to speak to someone who can answer any questions you may have.

Paying Rent

Through our payment provider, ClickPay, you can make one-time or automatic recurring payments online by all major credit and debit cards for a fee or by e-check (ACH) from a bank account for free. As the preferred way of accepting payments, we invite you to get started by creating your account.

  • Visit clickpay.com/conrex. Click Register then create your online profile with ClickPay.
  • Connect your unit using the Conrex account number found on your monthly statement.
  • Set up Automatic Payments or click Pay Now to make one-time payments.
  • If you choose to submit your payments by paper check, money order, or through your bank’s online bill pay feature, please send your payments to: P.O. BOX 30197 TAMPA, FL 33630

COVID-19

We kindly ask that all residents follow the Social Distancing Guidelines in place by the CDC when Conrex Maintenance Staff or Vendors are in your home.  Please wear a cloth mask or disposable face mask, and remain six feet away from our Maintenance Staff.  If you do not have a mask, we ask for our safety and yours that you wait outside or off premises while work is being performed.  Please see the CDC link below for more Social Distancing Guidelines and information.  Thank you for you cooperation!

Maintenance Requests

At Conrex we realize that "life happens", and things occasionally get broken at our properties.  However, when residents are responsible for damages, we have an established process for making repairs at a reasonable rate.  We will always do our best to have a Conrex Maintenance Technician or authorized contractor fix the damage in a timely manner.

Maintenance Work Order Chargeback

When the damage is caused by the resident the following policies apply:

If damage is deemed to be caused by a resident, and a Conrex employee responds to the service request, then the resident will be charged $100 for the first hour. This allows us to deploy a truck to the residence and covers the first hour on site.
Each additional hour of service will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour (billed in 1/2-hour increments) plus any materials purchased.
If a contractor responds to a maintenance request the resident will be responsible for paying the contractor’s invoice plus any time taken with a Conrex Maintenance Technician.

Residents may be charged $100 for missed maintenance appointments.
