Conrex Leadership

Conrex is led by a diverse management team with a broad base of business and military experience across multiple industries. The management team provides strategic and operational direction to the company's 200 employees working in 11 states across the Southeast and Midwest to fulfill the ultimate mission to positively impact the lives in the communities we serve.

  • Scott Kelly

    As President of Conrex, Scott leads the Executive Leadership Team and provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for more than 200 employees across eighteen offices. By continually strengthening the Conrex corporate culture and fostering a climate of continual improvement and efficiency in procedures, while balancing remote oversight with expansive empowerment, Scott ensures strong operational performance and facilitates future growth and encourages the company to positively impact the lives in the communities we serve. 

    Formerly, Scott served in the U.S. Army which included numerous deployments for combat and intelligence activities.  Currently, in his spare time, Scott serves as the Executive Director for The Green Beret Project which conducts life-on-life mentoring for high risk youth living in areas of concentrated poverty within several U.S. cities.  Scott resides in Charleston, South Carolina with his wife.

  • Shawn Persing
    Chief Information Officer

    Shawn joined Conrex in August 2018 as Chief Information Officer (CIO), providing strategic oversight of information technology activities, sponsoring IT initiatives and working with executives across the company.  He oversees the Information Services and Application Development team, develops IT strategy and coordinates infrastructure and service delivery across the company. He is responsible for technology services which support enterprise applications, enterprise data, research support, teaching and learning, user support, infrastructure, communications, and information security.

    Shawn brings over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology and has a diverse background in corporate settings, with extensive experience in revitalizing current IT organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise computing, as well as telecommunications.  Most recently he served as the Global IT Director of Infrastructure at Albemarle Corporation where he was responsible for the global infrastructure teams and end user computing. 

    Shawn is a member of the Evanta CIO Council, SecureWorld Advisory Council, Ballantyne IT Professional’s organization and personally has been active for 28 years in the Masonic organization. Shawn is married and has two children.

  • Galina Suckiel
    Chief Financial Officer

    Galina is the Chief Financial Officer of Conrex.  In this role, she is responsible for directing the company’s financial policies, overseeing all accounting functions and financial reporting.

    Prior to joining Conrex, Galina was Chief Financial Officer of Triangle Equities, an owner, operator, and developer in New York City, where she led the company’s accounting team, developed the accounting and reporting infrastructure to meet the needs of the company’s growth and streamlined processes. Prior to Triangle Equities, Galina held the position of Vice President of Property Accounting for New York City based Silverstein Properties, where she was responsible for the firm’s 10 million square foot stabilized portfolio of multi-family and commercial assets. 

    Galina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baruch College.

  • Whit Bundy
    Chief Investment Officer

    As Chief Investment Officer of Conrex, Whit leads the firm’s efforts as it relates to acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets activities. 

    Prior to Conrex, Whit was with Westrock, a publicly traded Fortune 500 company.  He was involved in the development and eventual monetization of a portfolio of land with upwards of 785,000 acres. This included extensive work on large scale master planned communities as well as an urban mixed used brown field remediation project.  

    Whit, a CFA Charterholder, graduated from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.  He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has a deep interest urban revitalization and proper land conservation techniques.

  • Becky Marson
    Chief Human Resource Officer

    Becky serves as Chief Human Resource Officer for Conrex. She is responsible for all aspects of the human resource and facilities functions and is passionate about optimizing the employee experience to drive business results. She also leads our company-wide Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.

    Becky brings over 20 years of domestic and international experience that spans Sales, Marketing and HR executive leadership roles with Fortune 200 companies across multiple industries with concentration in the areas of organizational effectiveness, employee experience, talent management and mergers and acquisitions.

    Becky has a Master of Business Administration from American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from the University of California at Davis.  She possesses her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and her SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification.  She served as a board member with the Cancer Support Community of Indiana and currently serves on the board of Wings for Kids in Charleston. Becky resides in Mount Pleasant, SC with her two children.
